Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Middletown, PA basements.
We've seen enough Middletown, PA basements to know that a wet spot in one corner rarely tells the whole story. Before we recommend drain tile or a sump upgrade, we trace the water back to where it's actually entering, not just where you noticed it.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Our Middletown, PA crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.

The core fix for most Middletown, PA basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Middletown, PA leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
A dimpled plastic membrane behind any finished basement wall channels residual moisture down to the drain tile instead of trapping it behind drywall.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Middletown, PA basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
